Our peer support means walking alongside someone who truly understands. Our trained Peer Support Specialists draw from their own lived experiences to offer encouragement, empathy, and practical guidance helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered on their path to recovery and independence.
Our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) offers structured, focused care for individuals navigating the challenges of addiction. Through personalized support, therapeutic interventions, and compassionate guidance, we help each person take meaningful steps toward recovery while remaining connected to their daily life and community.
Our Case Management services are built on strong partnerships with individuals, families, and care teams. We walk alongside each client to help them navigate health and human services with clarity and confidence. Through personalized advocacy, thoughtful planning, and hands-on coordination, we empower individuals to access the resources they need, achieve their goals, and live with greater independence and well-being.
Our Community Support Team (CST) delivers hands-on, team-based care for adults facing complex mental health or substance use challenges. Designed for individuals with extensive treatment needs, CST provides direct, face-to-face support in the community—meeting clients where they are. Through compassionate, coordinated care, we help individuals stabilize symptoms, regain daily functioning, and move toward greater independence and quality of life.
